    DIRECTOR

    With a 30 year+ background in services engineering as a Director at Arup and WSP, both in the UK and Overseas, I have a cosmopolitan mix of project experience across the globe

    I have developed many client briefs from a dream to a finished project. I enjoy the design process and care about the environment and people. I specialise in common sense, leading engineering projects and love a technically complex challenge.

    Having spent time running an Architectural + Engineering practice I am able to see projects from alternative perspectives to ensure seamless collaborative working rather than discipline specific tasks

    My experience has included working for Contractors, Consultants and Clients on all size and type of projects, from a creche for a Premier League football club, prime residential, restoration of the historic Presidential residence in Mauritius, health centres in Trinidad, commercial offices, retail, hotels and resorts, sports stadia, a new airport terminal, expert witness, and a global digital roll out programme.

    DIRECTOR

    Ray studied Services Engineering at Northumbria University before embarking on a Masters degree in Sustainable Energy Systems at South Bank University London

    He has over 15 years MEP experience working in consultancy and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of complex multi-disciplinary projects including a series of refurbishment, new-build, and award winning schemes in the UK and overseas.

    Ray’s early experience was working with a number of London’s leading MEP practices before moving to the Houses of Parliament to work client side delivering a major refurbishment/replacement of MEP services in the Palace of Westminster. In 2018 he moved to a client side role on the prestigious Peninsula Hotel and Residential development adjacent to Hyde Park in London.

    Ray’s enjoys working with collaborative teams with; designers, architects, consultants and construction practitioners, to ensure the visions, aspirations and requirements of Clients are fully understood and delivered. He is a keen problem solver and communicator.
